How long does it take to see results?
Most clients see their first qualified calls booked within 30–45 days. The first three weeks are infrastructure setup and warmup. Weeks 4–6 are initial campaign launch and data collection. By Week 8, we are optimising based on real performance data.
How many calls will you book per month?
It depends on your capacity. On the onboarding call, we ask how many clients your firm can take on right now. If the answer is 6 clients per year at a 25% close rate, you need 24 qualified calls per year — about 2 per month. We will book 3–4 to account for no-shows.
